Our founder, Mac St.Onge, is an expert in the field through both experience and education. In addition to being a dual sport D1 athlete and captain, Mac has a background in Psychology as well as 5 years of experience in the industry alongside organizations like the Positive Coaching Alliance, the Changing the Game Project, and her current role as Manager of Athlete Career and Education for U.S. Ski & Snowboard. She is also pursuing certification as an Athlete Development Specialist. 

Mac is available for educational webinars targeted towards coaches, parents, and athletes, as well as one-on-one work with individuals.
